When using a bitmap texture, with tiling off, how do I control the color outside of the bitmap? I would think that the diffuse color would show where there is no bitmap, but this renders out black always.
Please don't tell me I should use a mask texture in the transparency slot and a second diffuse layer just to create this simple effect...
