emitter problem

Hej
I?m trying to create a emissive material, but it will not work.
I have created a simple material with a emissive layer. The preview shows a emitting material.
I have assigned the material to the spheres in my scene but... darkness

Any idears? I cant find somthing in the forum about this. It should work as far as i can see.

btw. GI is on and normals are checked...
