Serial number

Hi,

I purchased Vray for Rhino a while ago. I got a confirmation of the purchase and a download link from billing@asgvis.com, but I haven't received a serial number. I have tried to email asgvis on this issue, without receiving any replies. Please tell me how to obtain my serial number.

Dear Jonas-

Sorry for the problem here. I am a little concerned about you not getting our e-mails. I personally have sent you emails on 08/28/06, 09/12/2006, 10/06/2006, and 11/10/2006. Each email contained your serial number.

Please confirm with us that you received our e-mails with a serial number on one of those four days.
