plz Who can tell me about meaning of each function in
option menu for VFR ?

i tried to read from twiki and user's tution ( from the website).
but some function and some topic is very specific on that problem so

if i can learning with myself it will be better.


example globle illumination, when i add some YYY function it will take ZZZ effect to image .

What specifically are you trying to figure out? The Wiki site has breakdowns of a lot of stuff. If your completely new to VfR then you probably don't need to know the meaning of every option in the menu - maybe just doing some of the tutorials will help you understand how to use VfR better than just a long list of what every option does.

in white mark - Why my product look dirty and How can i improve it ?
In Red mark - shadow on ground look too fake How can i improve it ?

Do you have Global Illumination enabled? If so could you tell me what GI engines / settings you have enabled? You can find this information under the "Indirect Illumination" tab. It will tell you what the primary / secondary engine are for GI calculations. My guess would be both of your trouble spots have to do with GI / lighting settings.

Yeah Flipside, the author of that site, does come by our forum. I'm not sure if he has posted any V-Ray for Rhino specific tutorials - perhaps if he sees this thread he can let us know.

The "dirty look" is caused by to low Irradiance Map (IM) settings. For better quality set IM: -2/-1 - subdivs 50 - samples 64 - color threshold 0.2. If it looks dirty again, than use subdivs 60 and samples 128. If you need, take more samples, it smooth the IM. If you miss small shadow details, than use -2/0, this cause a more detailed sampling.

If you don't want to play with IM settings, than set primary GI engine at QMC. This render slower, but is easier to control. The IM engine is good for speed.

Tutorial F should help you best for your scene.

I think you want to remove the bar ? just click the arrows and erase what is written in command line.
