  • modify scene during rendering macbook pro

    Hi,
When I work on my old laptop, I can modify my scene during VFB is running a render.
But in BootCamp winXp on macbook pro, I can't. Why ?

In global switches, at the top right corner is Batch Render. Unchecking it will allow you to work on your model, but you will need it checked for doing things like animation or using the render que script that we had (where is that by the way). Also if you have it unchecked your rendertimes will not apear in the commandline, and if your doing any caustics the calculation time for the caustics doesn't effect the time in the render stamp, so thats your only way to know how long those take. In the new build this is fixed (finally...its the litte things that make the difference)

np...it seams that people have a tendency to randomly check/uncheck batch render during the initial learning stages of vray, and then 2-6 months down the line its like "Hey what the?!"
