V-Ray for R3 expired after 24 hours

I would really like to try out V-Ray for Rhino 3, but my evaluation copy expired after 24 hours, before I had the chance to try it at all.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Rhino, and then re-installing V-Ray, but it makes no difference.

What can I do?

I am very impressed with the support for someone who hasn't even bought the product yet.
