load plug in under Vista

Hej
I can't load the v-ray 3 plugin in rhino 3 under vista. Message i get is that i can not load a non unicode mfc plugin, unicode is required by rhino for this version of windows.
can somebody help me?

I haven't had this issue before. Perhaps you can set the compatibility mode for Rhino to be Windows XP? Right-click on the Rhino.exe and go to properties-compatibility. Turn compatibility on for XP. I don't know if this will work - but I believe some people who tried to use our VfR4 plugin on Vista had better results when they tried that. V-Ray for Rhino is not vista-compatible at the moment.

You also might want to visit the Rhino Wiki page on running Rhino with Vista. I know allot of people have reported display issues.
