Invalid Asgvis Material File? anyone know why im getting this error when I use the materials on this site?

Make sure you have the latest version of our product. VfR3 v1.0 SR1 and VfR4 v1.0. There is a slight difference between VfR3 SR1 and VfR4 - some minor issues were resolved in VfR3 SR1 since it was released about a week later than VfR4. But I am not sure if that could cause your problem.
