anyone has settings for tyre material?

Hello,
I need a tyre material , but i really have no idea how to do that. can anybody help me with this? i found a tyre material on vray materials.de and try to convert it from the vray in max, but when i import the vismat file in vray for material it says its not a valid agsvis file.. anybody know how to fix that? it happens to all the materials i convert from the vismat converter.

Use a plastic material (fresnel enable at reflection map) and set the glossieness at a low value like 0.6...0.8 (subdivs ~30). Also set the white fresnel color at a lower grey value to get less reflection intensity. Diffuse color a dark grey ... and don't forget a bump map for the tire profile.
