License problem

Hi, does anyone know if there is a problem with license server when i can't authorize my software. I get message that the software can't auutohorize because it has expired? Newly installed academic version of Vray for Rhinoceros 4.

make sure that you haven't accidentally downloaded the commercial version because that will cause an issue when trying to activate with an educational key
