Frosted / acid-etched glass

Hey guys,

I've done some searching on the forum and still haven't been able to find a good solution to frosted glass. I'm looking for something that would make up a shower enclosure, allowing light through, but blocking full view through...so if someone were in the shower, one could see the glow from it and maybe a silhouette / shadows, but not anything more...tips?

Thats actually fairly simple...Just a regular glass material with refraction glossiness. Usually about .8 will work well.

oh great! Will increasing the refraction glossiness make it more opaque? That image is exactly what I'm looking for, but maybe a bit less transparent (so the person looks more like silhouette) and possibly a bit blue-er glass (set in the diffuse?)

If you like to get colored glass, use the refraction color or the fog color (thickness dependent color). If you like to get an additional diffuse effect like "milk glass", than add a diffuse layer and play with the diffuse layer transparency.
