bump doesn't work

hi,
I use recently v-ray and i try to do a new material with a bump map but it doesn't work, in the preview box the material work very well but when i try to render the image the bump doesn't work. I have read the manual but i haven't found an answers.

Please help me

The bump intensity is in scene units and so you need very high values sometimes.
