OT: Photoshop show other colors than all other ...

... software like XnView or Explorer preview. What could be the reason? Something with the color profiles?

I found, if I set my 'monitorprofile' instead 'sRGB' at photoshops RGB workspace, than the photoshop image looks like every other viewer it show. Is this workflow right? Any suggestions are welcome.
