V-Ray for Rhino 4.0 SR1 RC1 HELP installation

Hi Moderator
I' have a big problem I' have installed V-Ray for Rhino 4.0 SR1 RC1, and now
V-ray doesn't load when rhino started :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(.
it appear a message like attached.
I try to choose the second option and put my serial number that my supplier send me
but don't recognized it.
how I can do ? where is my mistake ?
Scuse me for the continuos answers but I cannot work :'( :'(

Please contact support@asgvis.com until they get back to you, you can just run it as a demo for the time being. You'll be able to change the license setup, so its not like you're doing anything that can't be undone.

I don't know what it has happened, but it is Vray is restarted.
Have you done some magic?.

That happens from time to time...people ask me questions about something not working, then I take a look at it, and seamingly without doing anything the problem is resolved. Happens with Rhino quesitons, AutoCAD, Max, laser cutters...it freakin' me out ;D
