Help with HDRI illuminated render

Ive just started using Vray with Rhino and am stumbling through it.
I have tried assigning HDRIs to my renderings, butwhen I go to render they simply come out black.

could someone please give me some direction with this?

Black render could caused by the phys cam exposure - try other settings or set HDRI intensity higher or disable the phys cam.
