going out on a limb... architectural bronze cladding

im really going out on a limb here, i cant seem to get any texture to be good enough to get the result i'm looking for. i'm rendering a scene where the exterior is clad with a bronze sheet material (similar to the american folk museum a la http://flickr.com/photos/7719838@N08/2354746079/)

does anyone have any texture that could work for my needs (or even better any material for a similar goal??? maybe not bronze but another metal?) the main problem i've been having is finding a texture that repeats well and doesnt blatantly look like a single image repeated everywhere

I heard that you can convert this materials to Asgvis Vray Rhino.

You also could tray making this with photoshop.

I think Micha made something like bronze in his material tutorial.. so have a look in that section

Yes, the material tutorial is a good place to start. I would try to create a brownish, blotchy bronze color texture and play with some concrete bump maps.

No they've disappeared...I have no idea where they could have gone...unless Micha was hosting them and moved them?? I'll see what can be found
