    i rendered a scene with a sunlight system, .001 qmc noise, 1500w resolution. light cache at 1000. 0 caustic subd in sunlight. whats wrong. what can fix this?

    Interiors are going to take longer...the indirect light calculations are much more significant. Also, if you're using qmc for primaries, then thats going to take significantly longer. As far as the dots, I really can't be sure without looking at the scene.

      Hi mgoodwin,
      I had exactly the same problems in the beginning with the white dots. In my case it was caused by tiny little gabs (at the windows for instance) in the model. So the best advice to get nice and correct interior renders is to model absolutely accurate.
