how do i access the vray express tool bars? i have the latest SR.

You will need to add them manually. You can to this as you would any normal toolbar. Run the Toolbar command. Go to File, then Open. The toolbar should be located in the following path
[root directory]:\Program Files\Rhinoceros 4.0\Plug-ins\VRayForRhino\Misc
