I need to optimize spot lights in a very complicated scene - lots of truss.
Ideally, I want the spot lights to illuminate, but not to add to rendering time. Shadows is fine, but not really needed. Speed and illumination is very important.
Right now, I have no spot lights and my scene render time is fine. But when I add a default spot, render times increase very quickly and I need to add about 12 spots.
How should I approach this problem?
