  • 3D Models for rhino

OK, I posted a previous thread on this subject, but no answer.

I've been using evermotion archmodels for visualization in some of my projects. They work fine, and I use .obj format to export, but it takes a lot of time to check the pdf, load the model in 3dmax, export, import in rhino and scale.

Ant of you guys knows a site where I can get 3D models in rhino format. I've downloaded a thumbnail generator for rhino, so this way is a lot easier to visualize before importing...

    Good ideas are appreciated-.

    Great question

I have looked in the past, but found nothing but simple items like screws and nuts. Anything more complex (or interesting) was mostly garbage. Maybe we should start a website and share a collection. I have lots of electronic geometry; like USB cables, batteries, etc.

All of the evermotion stuff should have obj and 3ds files in addition to the Max files. Those might be quicker to get into Rhino then manually converting the Max files.
