In order to streamline the rendering process for a recent project requiring several renderings with the same set-up I created a master file and exported a .visopt file as well to apply to future variants. Both the master and the .visopt file were placed on the shared network. When others attempted to use my file they generally were pretty blown up (too much light). We were all using the same HDRI's with the same settings. On my computer the multiplier for the HDRI GI was set to 4 (this seems pretty high, but it worked on my machine). Others were able to get decent results when they truned this multiplier down, but I am not. Also curious what issues others may be running into sharing materials, hdri's, visopts, etc across a network ???
thanks
