For some reason my licensed version of vray still has a watermark. How do I remove it?

Re: Watermark
I asked one of our programmers, and there may be a small mix up with the floating license server.
The suggestion is to uninstall everything (VfR, License Server, DR) and check to make sure all of the files have been deleted by the uninstall. Then reinstall using the most latest version. Its important to make sure that you do not do the reinstall while the License Server is running (it should actually be uninstalled, so you shouldn't even be able to run it).
Please make sure that are connected to the internet when you do the uninstall and that the license server is not running during the uninstall. This will allow the activation on your license to be released so you can use it again when you reinstall.Damien Alomar<br />Generally Cool Dude

Re: Watermark
Dalomar,
The watermark is still on my renderings. I had the IT guys make sure they followed your directions and we did what you said. The watermark remains. I really need this issue resolved. I have deliverables for clients and I can't have watermarks on the renderings. Could you look into this matter more so we can resolve this? I look forward to your response.
Thanks,
Brian
