I searched the forum but didnt find anything, how do i create a realistic window/windowlight in Vray and Rhino?

there are 2 ways:
1. put a rectangular light on the window (inside the foom, carefully so anything cross with your rec light)
2. use sky or sky with sun, which goes trough the windows into the interior (my favourite)
