    Did you enable reflective GI at the Indirect Illumination option? If yes, turn it off - could help.

        OK, looks better now. Do you use Irradiance Map and DMC sampler at adaptive amount 1? This is one of the biggest pitfall, because this can cause ugly splotches. This option must be set at 0.85 allways.

        An other hint, not against the splochtches, but good for the conrast at interiors -> use a secondary engine multiplier of 0.8. This will make, that max. 80% indirect light is reflected from white walls.

        Do you use a physical sky in your scene?

          Those look like photons actually. If you've got the sun/sky mapped, then go into those settings and set the number of caustic and photon subdivisions to 0. I doubt you have caustics enabled, but just check and make sure they are off. That should help.
