  • material light glass Again me !!

    Dear All !
    I know, I know ... Again a stupid question, ??? ??? but I cannot resolve with a right result the glass material like that usually
    use in the lamp.
    A simple white satin glass bulb with the light inside, simple right ? but not for me !! ??? ???

    add an emissive layer to your bulb material. i think that will do it but dont expect it to give a good lighting.

      Many thanks blastered for your answer the only one that I'v recevied ! sigh !!
      I'm sorry but I'm not able to attached the image to show and
      explane better what I mean I dont know why.
      The effect that i would to do is the stin glass white lamp that has
      a different intensity : the white satin surface near the lamp are more white , and intensity decreases when I am more away from the bright source.
      The emissive material has the same intensity in always place.

          Maybe it helps if you use the fresnel effect for the emitter layer to get the needed effect. Or a VrayAngleBlendMtl for a stronger effect?
