Grainy Photos

I'm a bit of a newbie to Vray with Rhino so you'll have to forgive my Ignorance. Having used 3ds in the past i'm not finding the changover all that smooth. All my renders are coming out with a very grainy/blurred look to them. Previosly I had tweaked or turned off the antialiasing (area) but this does not seem to do anything.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Are you saving as a jpeg by any chance. The jpeg compression isn't that good, so try saving as a png or bmp or something and see if that makes a difference.

If its not that they you'll need to post an image of what it is you're seeing and some settings that your using.
