  • Distributed rendering - how?

The blurb for V-Ray on the main asgvis.com page says V-Ray supports "Distributed Rendering Over Up To 10 Machines", but I can't find anything on the web site that describes how to do this. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

From page 103 in the V-Ray for Rhino Manual.
Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.

Thanks. Looks pretty easy. We'll give it a shot.

Yea, it's pretty easy to set up. I set up a farm at work from old computers we had laying around. Not great hardware on them, but they sure help when deadline looms.

What can be tricky some times is the network settings and firewalls.

Some tips: Don't use renderslaves across wireless network. Wire them as that'll ensure stability.
Make them use fixed IP addresses as it makes management easier.
