  • Is there a way to duplicate render window?

One of the most useful thing when learning render setting is to see you previous render and see what you new setting have made an impact, so I ask is there a way I can duplicate the render window? so when I render a new render I can also see the old? I don't want to go and save every single preview render.

    thanks.

Nope, not yet...we're going to try and put this into the next version though. For right now, I just turn off the IR/LC calcs so I can see the difference. Not the best, but better than nothing.

I use Gadwin Printscreen 4.3 free to capture the framebuffer to a file (automatic done per function key) to a predefined directory.

Actually VfMax has a beautiful hidden feature: Vray History

Both history and duplicating to the RDK framebuffer are on the boards to be added. We just need to figure out a way to keep the images around without killing memory.
