Camera Mapping

I would like to learn how to use camera mapping in Rhino does anybody have links to tutorials etc?

At this point, neither V-Ray or Rhino has a camera mapping solution available. I believe there was a script out there that helped with this (it might be in Micha's rendering toolbar), and you could also make this work with Jess Maertterer's Mesh Mapper script (http://rhino3.de/_develop/_v3_vbscript/mesh_mapper/)
