Sun Default/Save/Load missing

We have one machine that when editing the sun the options for setting the default, saving and loading are missing... any thoughts on what is going on. We have uninstalled and reinstalled everything and still get the same result. Other machines... no problems. RDK???

Are you talking within the RDK dialog itself? That's something that would be an RDK issue then, and reinstalling it should take care of it. I would probably manually uninstall it first to make sure that the new installation takes. The installer can be found on the McNeel wiki, but let me know if you need a link.
