Hi all!
What kind if a computer is best for using V-Ray and Rhino 4.0 for best rendering?
The V-Ray system requirements say that you need "OpenGL graphic card recommended". How do I know if my computer has "OpenGL graphic card recommended"? Is there a way to check without taking the PC or Laptop apart?
Here is what my system is showing:
Computer:
- Intel Pentium M
- Processor 1600MHz
- 1.6GHz
- 1.50 GB of RAM
By looking at the system specs above, do you think it's fast enough for using Rhino 4.0 and V-Ray?
When I render wether it's a small scene or a large scene, I see jaggy edges around the objects and it takes a very long time to render even a small scene. Also, my computer gets pretty hot and it makes a humming sounds when I render a scene. I am thinking my computer is not strong enough to use V-Ray and Rhino 4.0.
I am thinking of buying a new computer but I wanted to make sure my rendering methods is correct before buying a new computer.
Thanks for any advice!!
