Moving a license

So I am about to switch over to Windows 7, but before I plunk in the new drive and install, I want to be sure I deactivate / unauthorize any software which needs to. So the question is, what is the protocall for moving a license of VRay? Anything I need to deactivate, or files I need to move to the new drive to make it work, or just reinstall it on the new drive?
