so i've read the LINK about needing to contact ASGVIS to get an extra activation(s) on the serial number provided to ensure successful reactivation of my V-Ray software.

how long do you wait for a response?

(i sent an e-mail in this morning.... but i see that they've never even responded to THIS forum question.)

I've had the same problem and even after releasing the serial number the problem persisted.
They contacted me later on saying it is a problem on their end and they are trying to solve it.

All we can do is wait for now...
