Stop rendering

Hello guys, im having a problem with my current render project, evrything was working fine i have render the same scene like 4 times triyng to make changes and adding more furnitures and details but when a add the last details and i started to render the frame buffer dont load anymore, and i receive a message that close instanly sketchup and the message with something about dumped file.
The frame buffer starts loading light cache and the he stop with a message of the bitmaps that i have add! please help me out ???

this is the rhino forum. but anyway, it sounds like you have a corrupted file.
