I am trying to achieve an ocean water with texture to use with a boat image. I have tried one that is available in the materials library (water green ocean - I think) but it did not have enough texture for me. I have achieved reaonable results with other renderers adding a "cloud" bump map to the material.
I have not been able to get anything close here. No matter what I change I seem to end up with the same flat looking water. I've even tried to replicate settings from materials from other renderers. I have tried 3 or 4 different maps and still get nothing. In other programs I seemed to control it by defining a tile size but don't see that option here.
I'm obviously doing something wrong in the texture department. I've attached a screen shot showing the material set up. It also has a default refraction layer not shown. I hope it's readable.
Any thoughts about what I'm doing wrong?
