Hi Everyone,
I am considering purchasing Bongo3D version 2.0 when it comes out and went over to their forum to ask a few questions about the upcoming version. The response that they gave me was that the render engine you are using must support these features as well. And if it does, then yes, Bongo can animate these effects. I believe that the Rhino RDK must also be supported by the render engine from feedback they gave to me and I remember reading on this forum a while back that the VFR 2.0 will support the Rhino RDK.
So, the questions that I posted to the Bongo group are below -- I'd like to be able to use VFR to render out animations doing the things listed below. So my main question here is, will VFR support doing the items that I mention below?
The questions were:
1) create an animation where monitors in the scene are playing video?
2) if so, is it possible to have each monitor (let's say you have four LCD's
in one scene) playing a different video?
3) will 2.0 be able to animation lights so that they change color - for instance,
they change from blue to yellow, etc during the animation?
4) will 2.0 also be able to move lights so that they shine in different directions
during the animation? (like a flashlight moving around for instance)
5) if 2.0 will be able to change light color and move lights will it be
able to do this at the same time? so, we could have a light moving around
and changing color while doing it?
Thanks very much for your time!
