    Hello,
    Would it be possible to transfer the V-Ray for Sketch up license from one PC to another PC. Please provide me with a procedure.

    you have to contact our license authorization department when changing hardware or moving to a different machine, unless you are using a floating license server.

      I need to transfer my V-Ray for Rhino license to a new computer, and have been trying to contact the "authorization department" for a week but have received no response. I've sent emails every day. Please help!

        Send us an email with your serial number and a quick word on what is happening. I don't see your email address on your profile so I could not search for you but please be sure you are sending them to the right address.

          Thanks for replying. Which address should I send to? I've tried: vray@chaosgroup.com, vrayrhino@chaosgroup.com, support@chaosgroup.com and authorizations@asgvis.com (the address the error message told me to contact). my email address is: michael@arch-mp.com

            none of the email addresses have priority over the other, so any would be fine. I would send it to the authorizations@asgvis.com address. In the end, it all ends up in Keith's hands.

              I still haven't received a response from Keith, other than through this forum. Can you verify that my emails have made it through? I'm now having the same problem with a second V-Ray license on a second computer, so I'm really desperate to have this issue fixed.

                MPA, I think there may be some sort of issue on your end. Have you checked your spam filter? I checked in our ticket system and saw a couple of replies, but you never provided answers to the questions you were asked, and you're saying you never received a response. I'm going to tap Keith on the shoulder and have him check again, but please check your spam filter in the meantime. Those pesky things always tend to gobble up important emails. I hope we will be able to resolve your issues quickly!

                        The license problem persists and your emails don't seem to be getting through very well. I checked my spam filters and didn't see evidence of your messages being blocked (although that doesn't mean it didn't happen). I added chaosgroup.com and asgvis.com to the white list, so hopefully that will prevent further issues. Would you send me a response to verify? So far, only the one email from you yesterday seems to have made it through.
