V-Ray Batch Render 2 to Rhino 4 - Windows 7 x64 - Searching

I been searching in the web the V-Ray Batch Render 2 to Rhino 4 , but with no success. I downloaded once in the old ASGvis website but now that was closed it seem very hard to find.

Does anyone have it? Can you please share?
