    Still awaiting my .rtu file. Monday will be 4 weeks with no answer from you guys after repeated attempts, although I do see you have closed my tickets instead of answering them. I would like this resolved, but we are getting to a point where perhaps a refund would be best and move on to a renderer company that supports its product.
