Good news - merging and filtering LC pass much faster at 1.5

Hi,

an old problem of 1.05, if many cores are used, merging and filtering of the LC passes can be horrible slow, some times minutes are needed. At 1.5 this is quite fast done, also at high core counts like 32.

Yes, it since two weeks. The 32 cores are a problem for the LC of 1.05, most no speed enhancement for the LC, because the slow merging/filtering. But else I'm happy.
