    Is there VRayDirt for Rhino? If so where is it? If it's not there why not and when will we get it?

    Never mind. I think I know. It's under the material area when you load a the pre set texture maps to an object. At least I hope that's it. I'll have to play with it and see.

    Looks like it doesn't have the same options as the vraydirt that I see in all the documentation. I guess v-ray for Rhino gets a lot of the goodies left out.

      Yes, the V-Ray dirt is per materials. I think you can get some pretty nice effect for jewelry. Here are two test that I made. I see some similar effect from Cafer.

        Thanks for letting me know. So was I right, is it just applying the TexDirt via the diffuse layer? Thanks. Yeah, I'd like to play with it a bit to see what I can do with it. Thanks for your response.

          Yes, you have to use the texDirt on the diffuse and I also use texDirt on the reflection layer to avoid reflection on the occluded area. That was the case on the dragon render.
