Hi Zdravko - thanks, I'm in touch with mcneel/bongo and am hoping they can help, but I agree with Renee that this should be considered a bug at this point if DR can't be used in a multi- frame render without some workaround.

Thanks from me, too. I hope they can fix it.

I found that any spawner on a wireless-wifi connection will suffer from lag at some point in time. We now only use spawners that are connected via cables. No problems since.

I'm running Gigabit Ethernet hard wired and still have this problem. It's not the network, the spawners take too long to clean up.

Depending on the scene-size , the number of the textures , proxies and etc unloading all assets could last from a few second to a few minutes.
The slowdown appears because Vray clears all information from memory chunk by chunk and this process in not very fast.
This is a known issue and we are thinking about a better way to unload all kind of external assets.

A workaround could be to set a pause per script. The new Bongo bonus tools allow to run a script per frame. Good for aligning billboards to the camera.

That workaround will not do it in my case, cause i don't use Bongo but the simple built-in animation in Rhino.
All i need are simple fly-by's, so those simple tools would be enough for me (if they would work with Vray.
