error message when closing Rhino 5

I just updated my Rhino 5. Ever since I get an error message when closing out Rhino.

--Unable to rename existing file "C:\ProgramData\ASGVIS\V-Ray Express\V-Ray_Express.rui" as a back up file)

Access to the path is denied........

How to get rid of?

This appears only after the SR8 update of Rhino 5.
SR7 does not have that Problem.

I have no solution but a "Workaround".
Set the Windows access rights of the Folder or just the file to "full access" for the Group "Everyone" or just your user.
This will eliminate the error message. At least on my machine
