How do you make Material Collections?

Hello Everyone!
I noticed that in the material editor you can right click on the "scene Materials" and an option will appear named "Load Material Collection". I was wondering what that is exactly and how do you make Material Collections? It would be useful for me at times to make a collection of materials that I normally use and have them available in a collection instead of having to find them all individually.

It seems to be just a way of importing multiple vismats at once. Put them all in a folder (sub folders are ok too), then load them all with one click.

to me, this will really be useful when we can create sub folders inside the material editor to help manage so many materials.
