Hi, I'm having a couple issues with RT I'm hoping I can get cleared up.
First is texture maps. If I do RT with CPU everything looks fine and texture maps are rendered properly. Problem is RT with GPU my texture maps are ignored and materials are rendered as their base material. To be specific it ignores image maps applied to the diffuse color channel. I'm using a GTX 580. It's much faster than CPU but not very useful if it's ignoring maps.
Other issue is I use a render farm of 10 computers. If the farm computers are off and I turn on RT it takes a really long time for RT to begin because it is looking for all the computers on the network and not finding them. If I turn off distributed rendering in the option menu it still tries to connect to the other computers on the network. If the farm is on RT starts up pretty quickly. If I disconnect from the network the RT starts really quickly. It doesn't matter if I use RT-CPU or RT-GPU, same results every time.
Thanks, any insight would be appreciated.
