reflective metal grid

hey there,
I was wondering how to create reflective metal grid. This is what I did:

1. created new default material
2. in diffuse i set transparency to be TexGrid, with white lines and black fill colour
3. so far so good

4. when i add reflection layer it reflects also fields which are masked out in diffuse layer

Any idea how to get rid of reflection in the fields?

Add in the fresnel "perpendicular" option, the same mapping that you have in the transparency slot in the diffuse layer.
