RT not working for me

I'm using Vray 2.0 for Rhino 5. I'm generating standard renders ok, but not sure how to get RT to work. I hit RT, and have tried all the RT mode options, but the vfb window stays black.

Do I need to change any settings other than hitting RT on the vray toolbar?

If the RT render is black it coulod be a wrong pipeline in the VRay RT display mode.
steps
1. Go to Rhino options
2. Scroll all the way down to "Display Modes" (it is under "View)
3. click on the + sign near VRay RT
4. click on "Other Setting"
5. Be sure that "VRayRTDisplayPipeline" is selected for the "Pipeline option.

I was just trying RT out myself after not using it for awhile. Now it is just black in my viewport. I went thru the 5 steps you mentioned and it is still black. The VRay progress window states it is preparing global light manager. Hmmmm. Does it only work for certain machines?
