  • Getting a floor reflection

I have tried several settings and am unable to obtain a better reflection on the floor. For some reason it looks a little dull. There is something about the flat surface because rounded surfaces are easy to make glossy. :/

The problem here is the environment not the floor, which is reflecting what he have to reflect, pretty white GI,so either you change the hdr,or you try to lower its impact,by reducing the output from 1 to something lower.

I had to up the Fresnel IOR up into the teens and then I got the reflection I was after. Add a bit less glossiness setting and wallah.
