Using an image as a Reflection image

I am doing several product renderings and I like to use 2 area lights as the main light sources and a little bit of environment lighting, like .1 or so. I would like set up a hemisphere image as a Reflection image. Where would be the best place to put it? I wonder why because my environment lighting is so low. Thanks!

I'm happy with HDR light studio v4 - HDRLS doe's the job you want. But the price politic of v5 .... .

You could either use the images in the reflection slot inside the environment tab or you could create a dome light and disable affect diffuse.
