How many cores support on vfr 2.0 or 3.0 in one computer?

I believe the current 2.0 release supports up to 64, though we might be patching that at some point to allow for more.

i think you might be patching that at some point asap....! because dual xeon is over 44 cores 88 threads...! & 18 core in one cpu is too normal in the 1-2 years.

why I can't to use "V-Ray 2.00.26563 ADV" on my machine e5 2696v3 x2 72 threads? used 36 threads only?

You must set the environment variable VRAY_USE_THREAD_AFFINITY=1 if you want to use more than 64 cores. The feature is only support in the 26563 build.
